We believe that quality is mostly due to our work in the vineyard: if we take good care of the grapes, then we are able to intervene slightly in the cellar. As a result we get a “non-built” wine, whose aim is to exalt the traditional grapes of our land and which is not subject to temporary trends. Our goal is to revisit tradition by using modern and efficient techniques, and to produce wines that are representative of our territory.
