Vinòforum

We have been guests of the Vinòforum for many years now. It is an interesting and quite big event happening in Rome. Just like every year, we are taking part in it together with other organic wine-makers, that join us in the association PRO.BIO. (organic producers of Latium). Every night I (it’s Silvia...) am the sommelier of Riserva della Cascina, I have a lot of fun talking with people and other winemakers, and I also get to learn a lot of things about wine, plus of course I have the pleasant duty of tasting...There are many interesting wines, but nothing better than organic wines from Latium! Come and taste them, and have a walk in the cool atmosphere of Vinòforum!
