2. What these terms cover

These terms cover purchases made on the website:

3. Price, payment and confirmation

The price and what it includes are shown on the page of each experience or of the voucher. The total amount to pay is the one summarised at checkout, before you confirm: the website adds no taxes to it.

Payment is made online through Stripe. After your purchase you receive a confirmation by email at the address you provided.

4. Visits and events on a set date

Date, time, place and conditions of participation are shown on the page of each experience, including anything you need to bring, such as the identity document required for age verification.

For the Ad Nonum, Vigna & Vulcano and Regina Viarum visits and the Musica in Vigna event, cancellation works as follows:

To cancel, write to visite.riservadellacascina@gmail.com. If the page of an event shows no cancellation policy, ask us for the conditions before booking.

5. Introductory wine course

The course is held in Italian, in four sessions:

The €180 fee covers all four sessions. Registration closes on 8 January 2027 or when the 25 places are filled.

Minimum number. The course runs with at least 8 participants. If the minimum is not reached, each participant can choose between a full refund of the fee and a credit of equal value towards our wines or other winery experiences.

Withdrawing from the course. You can withdraw from the course up to 20 days before it starts, that is by Sunday 20 December 2026. To do so, write by that date to visite.riservadellacascina@gmail.com: we will reply on how the fee is handled.

Missed session. From the second session onwards, in the 30 minutes before the start, we hold a short review of the previous session, which also lets anyone who could not attend catch up.

7. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is governed by Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code and applies to those buying as consumers.

Visits, events and the course: the right of withdrawal does not apply. Article 59(1)(n) excludes it for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. For these bookings, the cancellation and withdrawal conditions in sections 4 and 5 remain valid.

Gift voucher: you can withdraw within 14 days. The voucher has no date of performance. Under Article 52 you can therefore withdraw within fourteen days of the day of purchase, without giving any reason, provided you have not already used it for a booking.

How to withdraw. You can send the form below or any other explicit statement of your decision to withdraw (Article 54), by email to visite.riservadellacascina@gmail.com or by certified email to riservadellacascina@pec.coldiretti.it. It is enough to send it before the period expires.

Refund. We refund you without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days of the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise, and at no cost to you (Article 56).

8. Complaints

For a complaint, write to info@riservadellacascina.it. If the complaint is not resolved, we provide you on a durable medium with information on the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies, stating whether we intend to use them (Article 141-sexies(3) of the Italian Consumer Code).

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory protections granted to consumers. For disputes with a consumer, the competent court is that of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled, if located in Italy (Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code).

10. Personal data

Data collected with your purchase is processed as described in the privacy policy.
