Withdrawal request form
You can use this form to withdraw from a gift voucher within 14 days of the day of purchase, without giving any reason, provided you have not already used it for a booking (Articles 52 and 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code). The right of withdrawal does not apply to visits, events and the course: the cancellation and withdrawal conditions in the terms and conditions apply. After sending it you receive a confirmation copy by email, with the date and time. Alternatively, you can send the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

Model withdrawal form set out in Annex I, Part B, of the Italian Consumer Code. You can print it, fill it in and send it to the seller as an alternative to the online form.
